TURN AROUND TIME
Turn around time is 7 - 10 business days from the time artwork is approved, payment is received, & arrival of goods at our docks. This does not include shipping times. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.
We require a 12 piece minimum to be ordered per design. On occasion, we will allow 8 - 10 pieces on 1 or 2 color prints only, but reserve the right to increase printing costs.
ART GUIDELINES & FEES
Please see ART SPECS for acceptable art submissions. Improper artwork submission that requires us to redesign will require artwork fees to be paid. Full design work will also require a fee. Art work fees are $35/hour. Please note, we will NEVER print with unacceptable or low quality art. We ensure that we will get the proper artwork for screen printing for you so your custom printing is of high quality.
Customers will receive a pre-press proof to approve before going to press. At this time, it is the customers responsibility to check for spelling, grammar, colors, placements or any other design errors or changes to the design. If the customer finds an error to the order after approval, Liberation Press will not be held responsible with any cost of replacing or reprinting the order. We are not liable for any errors in your design after your approval.
Your invoice must be payed in full for us to process your order. Returning clients may be eligible to pay a 50% deposit to process the order and 50% due on pickup or prior to delivery or shipment. *Customer is responsible for all shipping fees applied.
We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade or construction. If we receive a defected item with a hole or un-stitched seam, we will do our best to fill your whole order in time. On occasion, we will not be able to receive a new piece in time for your orders due date and will send you a replacement piece for the defected item when we receive it from the mill.
We can not be held accountable for garment defects due to the manufacturers. From time to time defects will happen with mass production from our mill providers. Garments that we receive defected may cause missing pieces from your orders due date. We will have the item replaced for you immediately, but are not responsible for refunding due to not filling a defected piece.
MANUFACTURE OUT OF STOCKS
From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. Liberation Press will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In this case the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options prior to printing your order.
We will match the colors in your design as close as we can with our in house stock of colors. If you require an exact match, please provide us with the Pantone # of all colors in your design, excluding black and white. Pantone matching will be a one time additional fee of $35 per color.
PRINT SIZE & LOCATION
If you require a specific print size of your design, please provide sizing when ordering. Customers who do not provide this, will receive our standard print size for your print location.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS
If providing customer supplied goods, please be advise that there is a 3% misprint run. We are not responsible for replacing misprints and the customer will be required to pay for the misprint. If your order requires exact quantities for people to wear at an event, please provide extras in the case a misprint happens.
If you decide to cancel your order, refunds will be determined on the status of your order. Depending on your order status, you may be required to pay restocking and shipping fees to return blank garments to our supplier and be refunded the difference. If your order has been fully processed and ran through production, we will not issue any refund. In the case you are allotted a refund, this will exclude all artwork fees.
