Q. WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Depending on the size of your order, turn around time is 7 - 10 business days from the time artwork is approved, payment is received, & arrival of goods at our docks. See BLANK APPAREL for suppliers and average shipping times to us.

Q. CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER SOONER THAN NORMAL TURN AROUND TIME?

Our regular turn around time is in place to ensure we are providing you with the best quality of printing.  Depending on the size of your order and how simple or complex of print methods your job will entail, will determine whether your order can be rushed.  This is determined case by case.  Feel free to ask! If we can accommodate it without jeopardizing the quality of your order, then your order can be rushed.  **Rush Fees Will Apply**

Q. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ON ORDERS?

Yes, we have a low minimum of 18 garments to be ordered. 

Q. ARE THERE PRICE BREAKS WHEN I ORDER LARGER QUANTITIES

Yes, we offer several price breaks when reaching certain quantities.  You can order a mix of any size & different garment types to reach our minimums and price breaks.  Our requirement is the use of the same design & print size on all garments.  Get a free QUOTE!

Q. DO YOU HAVE SET UP FEES?

No, we do not charge you any set up fees!

Q. CAN YOU CHANGE THE INK COLORS OF MY DESIGN WHEN PRINTING on multiple colored garments?

Yes, we can change ink colors on press for a fee of $10 per color change while using the same print.  EX: You want your logo printed in white on dark shirts and the same logo printed black on light shirts.  This would be considered an on press color change fee of $10.

Q. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN GOODS TO BE PRINTED ON?

We do not recommend customer supplied goods, however, we can be print on them for you.  Please be advised you will most likely spend more money providing your own garments.  We have unbeatable prices and can obtain much lower rates on blank garments than the general public.  Please note on your QUOTE request if you want to provide your own goods. Q. I'M WORKING ON A LOW BUDGET.  DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We offer discounted pricing for all NFP organizations. You must provide us with your 501c3 form to receive these discounts.  Each order is unique and will get a custom tailored QUOTE.  If you have a specific budget to spend, we will guide you through the whole process and help get you quality garments and design options to fit inside your budget!
